                Ø   seek to minimize any significant environmental impact of our activities 
                      through the continued development of environmental procedures as 
                      determined by our business needs

                Ø review annually our environmental policy and consider the need to amend
                       should a change in circumstances deem it necessary

                Ø make our environmental policy statement available to staff, clients and
                       members of the public by whatever means are deemed appropriate and
                       by publishing the statement on our website
