Health & Safety and the Environmental Policy Statement  

 The personnel of C R Swift Landscaping are our most important asset, and as such we are committed within the company to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for them and for anyone who may be affected by our business.  

Our clear goals are:-

  The Management of C R Swift Landscaping are totally committed to achieving these goals through systematic management of Health & Safety and the Environment, ensuring compliance with the law, and achieving continuous improvement whenever possible.

 We will

     Ø Set annual targets for improvement, and openly report performance, 
            good and bad.

  Ø        Provide training for all members of staff relating to general as well as 
             machinery,  chemical, and p.p.e.  specific Health & Safety as well as   
             welfare of the public. 

     Ø Require our contractors to manage Health, Safety and the  
             Environment in line with this policy. (Note: It is our intention to carry 
             out contracts using our own trained personnel.) 

     Ø       Reduce our Health, Safety and the Environment impact through the 
             provision of the management of safe working practices. 

     Ø       Consult with our Clients, Employees, adjoining neighbours where  
             appropriate, and those who work with us.

     Ø   Include Health, Safety and the Environmental performance in the   
              appraisal of our staff and recognise those who contribute to its
              improvement.  

We request a similar personal commitment from each employee in implementing this policy. Their assistance and support provides the foundation for ensuring exemplary HSE performance. 
Our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot find the time to do it in a Safe, Healthy and Environmentally conscious manner with Zero Incidents.
