Carl Richard Swift has been involved in farming and landscaping for over 30 years. He has built a reputation for offering his many clients not the cheapest price but a price based on best value. Due to an enormous investment in machinery and training C R Swift Landscaping can prove very competitive and with project management, health & safety and quality control systems in place we take pride and ownership of all contracts we negotiate.
Until 2007 C R Swift Landscaping relied on growing the business through word of mouth but now with a Business Development Director in place the company is vigorously marketing the range of services it can offer which now includes the full range of Cover-All steel and fabric buildings. These multi-purpose buildings are used in schools, sports centres, equine centres, event marquees, agriculture, manufacturing, highway salt storage and general storage.
C R Swift offer a complete service which can include design, assisting with planning appoval, ground works, installation and fitting out.
The indoor riding arena shown above allows riding day and night, 365 days a year in terrific conditions. We at C R Swift offer a complete service to the equestrian sector offering design & build for indoor and outdoor arenas, drainage works, fencing, stabling etc and we offer a planning application service.
In 2009 C R Swift Landscaping received a Horticulture Week Landscape and Amenity Principal Award for "The Most Outstanding Contribution to the Environment" plus a BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) Principal Award for Land Renewal and Regeneration Scheme and a Special Award for Recycling. The Awards were for our landscape work at Northala Fields Park for Ealing Council. Northala Fields was a five year project which raised £5.5m through recycling of waste materials which would have otherwise been destined for landfill.
90% of materials used on site were recycled with the remainder coming from sustainable sources.
Our staff are trained in all aspects of machinery care and use from leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, pedestrian mowers, strimmers etc. to tractors, dunpers, 360 diggers, as well as workshop equipment, CAT scanners and the use of laser levels for site work.
